Processing Times Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During busy periods or for large/custom orders, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services selected by Grow and Flow. Estimated delivery timeframes typically range between 3–10 business days depending on your location.

Order Changes Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Once your order has been processed and payment confirmed, we are unable to make changes to delivery addresses or order details.

Authority to Leave By placing an order, you agree that your parcel may be left in a safe place at the delivery address if you are not available to receive it. Grow and Flow is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or has not been received within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist you.
