Backed by evidence-based research, Pickles the Weighted Cat is designed using Deep Pressure Touch Stimulation (DPTS) — a firm, calming sensory input that supports the body’s proprioceptive response. This gentle pressure mimics the feeling of a comforting hug, encouraging the release of serotonin and dopamine to help children regulate their emotions, whether settling for sleep or navigating overwhelming moments.
Pickles, along with her Five Senses friends, introduces simple and mindful tools to support emotional wellbeing. She helps children understand the importance of their senses and guides them in learning how to self-soothe in a safe and nurturing way.

Warming instructions: • 500–750W microwave: heat for up to 60 seconds • 800–1000W microwave: heat for up to 30 seconds
Cooling your Pickles: Ideal for warm nights, soothing bumps and bruises, and enjoying the calming lavender scent.
Cooling instructions: Place Pickles on a clean surface or in a bag and refrigerate or freeze for several hours until the desired temperature is reached.

Order Changes
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Once your order has been processed and payment confirmed, we are unable to make changes to delivery addresses or order details.
Authority to Leave
By placing an order, you agree that your parcel may be left in a safe place at the delivery address if you are not available to receive it. Grow and Flow is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or has not been received within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist you.
